SHIPPING TIME

On average, processing time is about 2-5 days and shipping is about 2-14 days depending on location, it may take longer. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with tracking information!

 SHIPPING COST

Shipping fee is a flat rate $7 but for orders over $150+, use code “CRYSTALS” to qualify for free shipping.

 LATE PACKAGES

Y2K Crystal Fantasy is not responsible for any carrier delays as we can have no control. We try our best to ship out our orders quickly and pick the best carrier service..

 UNDELIVERED PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. If a package can't be delivered due to an inaccurate address, you will be contacted and asked to verify your address and repay for shipping as Y2K Crystal Fantasy is not responsible for reshipping costs.

All sales are final at time of purchase, no refunds unless the order is canceled before it is packaged.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

Please contact y2kcrystalfantasy@gmail.com if any items are missing and we will be happy to help!  If the postal service loses or damages your package, Y2K Crystal Fantasy is not responsible. Y2K Crystal Fantasy is not responsible for your package once in USPS’s possession. 

LOST / STOLEN ITEMS

Sadly, Y2K Crystal Fantasy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as “delivered” but is missing, we recommend calling USPS or your local post office / shipping carrier directly.
